Friction everywhere
- Entry rules range from visa-free to e-visas and visas on arrival; check official portals and passport validity (often 6 months, blank pages).
- Health: some countries require yellow-fever vaccination proof; get travel-clinic advice weeks ahead.
- Safari light aircraft often limit bags to soft duffels around 15 kg.
- Self-drive: avoid driving after dark outside cities.
