Terms of Service

Voykit is a free travel planning guide. Check important facts with official sources before you travel, use the site lawfully, and respect other people's trips. Effective 30 September 2026.

Agreement

  • These terms apply when you use www.voykit.com and its tools. By using the site, or by creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Voykit.

What Voykit is

  • Voykit gives general travel information and planning tools: destination guides, entry and visa summaries, costs, maps, day plans, calculators and an AI trip draft.
  • Voykit is not a travel agent, airline, tour operator, insurer, law firm or medical provider. We do not sell trips, tickets or bookings, and we are not a party to any booking you make with another company.

Check before you rely on it

  • Travel rules, prices, opening hours, transport schedules and safety conditions change often. Facts marked "check" are especially likely to change, and every guide shows when it was last checked.
  • Before you travel, confirm entry and visa rules with the official government source for your passport and destination, check your government's travel advice, and confirm bookings, prices and opening times with the provider.
  • Health, medicine and safety information on Voykit is general information, not medical or professional advice.
  • AI trip drafts are generated automatically and can contain mistakes. Review every time, place and booking yourself.

Your account

  • An account is optional. If you create one, keep access to your email or Google account secure, because it is how you sign in.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (or older where local law requires it).
  • You are responsible for what happens in your account and on trips you own. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

Shared trips and content you add

  • You keep ownership of the trips, notes, comments, corrections and files you add. You give Voykit permission to store and display them to you and to the people you share them with, only so the service can work.
  • Only add content you have the right to share. Do not upload files that contain other people's personal data without their permission.
  • Corrections and questions you send us may be used to improve the guides, without your name unless you ask to be credited.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Voykit to break the law, to harass or harm others, to upload malware, or to share content that is unlawful, hateful or infringing.
  • Do not scrape or copy the site in bulk, overload it, get around usage limits (including AI draft limits), or try to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours.
  • We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Our content

  • Voykit's text, design, data and code belong to Voykit or its licensors. You may use the site for your personal travel planning, share links, and print guides for your own trips.
  • Photos come from Wikimedia Commons and other sources under their own licenses, credited on each page. Map data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database License.

Links and partners

  • Voykit links to other websites, including booking and ticket sites. Some links are partner (affiliate) links, which may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you; they are marked on the page.
  • We are not responsible for other websites, their content, prices or bookings, or their privacy practices.

Availability and changes

  • Voykit is provided free of charge. We may change, add or remove features, and the site may sometimes be unavailable. Features that depend on other services (weather, maps, AI, flight data) may stop working if those services change.
  • We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top; significant changes are announced on the site and, for signed-in users, by email. Continuing to use Voykit after a change means you accept the new terms.

Disclaimer

  • Voykit is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that information is complete, current or accurate, or that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

  • To the fullest extent the law allows, Voykit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by relying on information on the site, including missed flights, refused entry, booking costs, fines or travel disruption.
  • Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law, UK and EU consumer law, or the laws of your state or province.

Ending use

  • You can stop using Voykit and delete your account at any time. We may stop providing the service or close an account that breaks these terms; if we close the whole service, we will give signed-in users notice so they can export their data.
