• Wet south-east · Suva, Pacific Harbour, Kadavurainy

  Trade winds bring rain all year; Suva gets about twice Nadi's rainfall. Drier Jul–Sep.

• Coral Coast · Sigatoka to Pacific Harbour on the Queens Roadrainy

  Between the two: sunnier than Suva, windier than the Mamanucas.

• North · Vanua Levu (Savusavu, Labasa), Taveunirainy

  Taveuni's east coast is among the wettest places in Fiji; diving visibility is best in the drier months.
