Torre Vado
Stay 2–3 nights in high summer for the beach and boat caves; skip it out of season — the village is near-empty and most services shut.
Torre Vado is a seaside hamlet of about 90 residents in the Morciano di Leuca municipality, on the Ionian coast 7 km north of Santa Maria di Leuca. It has no monuments: the draw is a low rocky shore, sandy beaches at Pescoluse nearby, and short boat trips to the Leuca sea caves. It works as a beach base, not a sightseeing stop.
