One day in Sofia
Start at Alexander Nevsky Cathedral in the morning, when the light through the domes is best and the square is quieter. Walk west past the National Assembly and the Presidency to the Serdica ruins under the underpass and the open-air Roman remains by the Largo, then continue to the Banya Bashi Mosque and the Central Mineral Baths building, now the Sofia History Museum.
