Donghe is a small coastal township in Taitung County, reachable by Highway 11 or 23. Its main draws are the surf‑friendly beaches, Dulan Mountain (≈1,190 m) and the Dulan archaeological site. A single night covers the key sights and a surf lesson; a second night adds more surf time or a hike.
