Getting there
Circular Quay is the hub: ferries, trains and the Opera House are all within a five-minute walk. From there, ferries run to Manly (about 30 minutes), Watsons Bay and Taronga Zoo, and the walk around to Mrs Macquarie's Chair takes 25–30 minutes.
Bondi is a train or bus from the city centre, then the coastal walk south to Coogee. The Blue Mountains are a train ride from Central, roughly two hours, and work as a long day trip.
