Spend a half‑day in Miyoshi, Hiroshima – visit Takaniyama Overlook (access may require a car; confirm before you go) and the Origami Museum, then consider a quick trip to nearby Shobara or Hiroshima.

Miyoshi is a small city in eastern Hiroshima Prefecture with a few nature and cultural sights. It can be explored in a half day to a full day, making it a good side‑trip from Hiroshima or Shobara.
