Sangareddy
Sangareddy is a half-day stop on the way to Medak or Siddipet, not a destination: see the fort and the temple, then move on.
Sangareddy is a small market town 55 km west of Hyderabad, known for the 18th-century Sangareddy Fort and the nearby Sri Rama Temple. Most travellers use it as a lunch break between Hyderabad and Medak or Siddipet. The town itself has little to fill a full day.
