Pound Ridge is a small, wooded town in Westchester County on the Connecticut border, with no public transport and no lodging. Its draw is Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, the largest park in the county (4,315 acres) with hiking and historic structures. Most visitors come by car from nearby towns or New York City for a few hours.
