Visit Hangu for a day trip (≈6 h total) to see the valley scenery and local market; stay overnight only if you need rest after travel.
Hangu is a small town in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, about 30 km from Kohat and 60 km from Peshawar. Its green valleys and tribal bazaars can be explored in a half‑day, but limited accommodation means most travellers treat it as a stop‑over.
