Hokuei北栄町
Half a day for the Detective Conan museum, then move on. Not a base: one meal and the manga factory, then onward to Kurayoshi or Yonago.
Hokuei is a small town on the San-in coast known as the hometown of Gosho Aoyama, creator of the Detective Conan manga. Its single major sight is the Gosho Aoyama Manga Factory. Most travellers stop for 2–3 hours on the way between Tottori City and Yonago, then continue.
