Deraaدرعا
Deraa is a border city with a few historic sights; half a day is enough unless you are crossing into Jordan.
Deraa (also Daraa) sits on the Jordanian border in the Hauran region. The city has a small museum, a historic mosque and a war-damaged minaret. Most travellers pass through on the way to Bosra or Jordan, or stop for a few hours. The security situation remains fluid: check your government travel advice before planning a trip.
