Banská Štiavnica
Give it 2 nights: one full day for the old town and the Calvary, one for the mining museum or the lakes. Skip it as a day trip from Bratislava.
A medieval silver-mining town inside a volcanic crater, on the UNESCO list since 1993. The old town is small and walkable in half a day, but the mines, the Calvary and the artificial lakes sit outside it, so two nights is the honest minimum. Buses from Bratislava take about 3 h 30 min and run a few times a day; there is no direct train.
