Peachland is a small Okanagan lake town of about 5,400 people, built into a south-facing mountainside above Okanagan Lake. It is a half-day of beach, a short waterfall walk and a zipline, plus a handful of places to eat. Most travellers pass through on Highway 97 or stop one night between Kelowna and Penticton; the town has no hospital and few beds, so plan around Kelowna for services.

Getting around
A car is the practical choice: Highway 97 runs through town and the Coquihalla connector (97C) starts here. BC Transit bus 22 links Peachland and West Kelowna several times daily, and route 70 runs Monday–Friday between Penticton and Kelowna with a Peachland stop (about 1 h 20 min end to end); from West Kelowna take route 97 into Kelowna. Taxis are limited; book ahead for early flights.
