Islamgarh is a small transit town near Mirpur, not a destination: skip unless you have family or business there. Half a day is enough to see the area.

Islamgarh is a minor settlement in Azad Kashmir, close to Mirpur and the larger transport routes. It has no major sights of its own and is best used as a quick stopover or a base for visiting nearby villages like Chak Haryam. Most travellers pass through on their way to Mirpur or Rawalakot.
