Lisnaskea is the second-largest town in County Fermanagh, a one-street Plantation town on the A34 between Enniskillen and the Republic's border. It has no rail, few beds and a main road with no bypass, but it sits beside Upper Lough Erne and its 150-plus islets, and it is the closest town to Crom Estate. Treat it as a 1-night waterside stop or a half-day from Enniskillen, not a multi-day base.

Ulsterbus 95 links Lisnaskea with Enniskillen (about 30 min) and continues to Newtownbutler and Clones, but only about five times Monday–Friday and three times on Saturday, so check the timetable before you rely on it.
