Jonesport is a quiet fishing town on the Down East coast, about 1 h 20 min from Bar Harbor. Its draw is the working harbour, Moose Peak Light (offshore), and the Maine Central Model Railroad. Most travellers pass through on the way to Lubec or Eastport; one meal and a walk around the waterfront is enough.
