Napa Valley is one 50 km road with about 200 wineries on it. Almost every tasting now needs a reservation, and the good ones sell out weeks ahead in summer and at harvest. Pick one base, book two tastings a day maximum, and hire a driver or take the VINE bus so nobody in the car is over the limit.
