Macau Peninsula by district

A first visit fits in three boxes: the old town around Senado Square on the Peninsula, the temple and harbour quarter to its south-west, and Taipa Village on the island. The casino strip on Cotai lies between Taipa and Coloane and is a ride, not a walk.

About these names

District names here follow the ones locals use; a taxi driver will understand a hotel or a landmark better than a street name in Portuguese.
