Kazeroon is a small city in Fars province with a handful of historic sights – the Shapur I statue, nearby Parishan Lake, and the Sassanid ruins of Bishapur. A half‑day covers the city centre; a full day lets you visit the lake and the ruins, plus the Ashura/Tasoa carnival if you are there in Muharram.
