Dunagiri is a remote Himalayan hamlet in Kumaon, reachable by a 4‑hour drive from Kathgodam. Its main draws are the Mahavatar Babaji cave, the Dunagiri temple and short treks, which fit comfortably in a day or two. Overnight stays are limited to the Dunagiri Retreat.
