- This is the country's national museum, not a Roman-ruins site: exhibits are behind glass, captions are in Arabic and English, and the building is fully air-conditioned.
- The Ain Ghazal statues on display are plaster casts of the originals, which are shared with the Louvre Abu Dhabi and other institutions on rotation — check the current label.

No — the small archaeological museum on the Citadel hilltop is separate and much smaller. The Jordan Museum is the national collection, downhill in Ras Al-Ain.
