Treze Tílias
Half a day is enough to see the Austrian-style centre and parks; one night if you want the water park or brewery. Not a base for exploring the region.
Treze Tílias is a small town in western Santa Catarina founded by Austrian immigrants. Its main draw is the Tyrolean-style architecture, two themed parks and a craft brewery. Most visitors stop for a few hours on a road trip through the region.
