A first visit fits inside three areas: the Old Town (Toompea above, the lower town below), Telliskivi and Kalamaja 1.5 km to the west, and Kadriorg 3 km east. Everything else is a tram or Bolt ride, and the harbour and the ferries to Helsinki are a 10-minute walk from the Old Town.
