Nagbukel
Skip Nagbukel unless you have a car and a full day for waterfalls: the town has no accommodation and the falls are a 30–45 min tricycle ride from the highway.
Nagbukel is a small upland town in Ilocos Sur, home to the indigenous Tingguian people and a handful of waterfalls (Paroki, Burayok, Taleb, Mabungtot, Matedtedted). There is no lodging, so most visitors come as a day-trip from Narvacan or Vigan. The main draw is the Nagbukel Viewdeck and the falls, but access requires a tricycle and a guide for the upper cascades.
