One day is enough to visit the shrine complex, museum and windmill; arrive early, walk the town centre and depart same day.
Hacıbektaş is a small pilgrimage town in South Central Anatolia, best explored on foot in a single day. The main attraction is the Haji Bektash Veli Complex, with adjacent museum, windmill and Atatürk house. Overnight stays are possible but not required unless you prefer a relaxed pace.
