Mayfield is a tiny agricultural town in central Utah, settled in the 1870s by Scandinavian immigrants. It has no major sights, restaurants or lodging — visitors use it as a launch point for the 350-mile Arapeen ATV trail system and nearby Palisade State Park. Most travellers pass through in under an hour.
