Ragueneau is a small municipality on the St. Lawrence in the Manicouagan region of Quebec's Côte-Nord, strung along Route 138 with five sandy bays and the wide Batture aux Outardes sandflat in front of the village. It sits on the whale-watching route and a regional gourmet route. Sights are few and spread out; you come for the river, the low tide and a quiet bed, then drive on.
