Mill Creek is a tiny unincorporated community on CA-36, about 10 minutes west of Lassen Volcanic National Park's south entrance. It has no town centre, no shops, and no services beyond a historic lodge. Its only reason to stop is to sleep before a park visit or to refuel. Most travellers stay in Red Bluff (45 minutes west) or Chester (20 minutes east) for more options.
