Skip Sweet Grass as a destination: it's a border crossing with one inn. Use it only to enter Canada or as a 20-minute fuel stop on I-15.
Sweet Grass is a tiny Montana town at the busiest land port of entry between Montana and Alberta. With a population of about 60 and almost no services, it exists for travellers crossing the US–Canada border on I-15. There is nothing to see or do: the town has no restaurants, no shops and one motel. Stay in Shelby or Great Falls instead.
