Bauan
Spend a half‑day in Bauan to see the historic church, a beach, and the market; longer only if staying at a resort.
Bauan is a low‑land suburb of Batangas City on Batangas Bay. It offers a compact town centre with a neoclassical 1894 church, a remote white‑sand beach, and a public market. It is the gateway to the resort town of Mabini, so most visitors stop for a few hours before heading on.
