Minca is a small mountain village 20 km from Santa Marta, 580 m above sea level. It offers cool forest air, bird‑watching, waterfalls and organic‑coffee tours. Most visitors stay 2–3 nights to fit the main hikes and a relaxed coffee‑farm visit, then return to the coast.
