Manggar
Spend a half‑day in Manggar to see its beaches and lake, then move on; one night if you need a cheap base on east Belitung.
Manggar is the administrative centre of East Belitung Regency on Belitung Island. Its attractions are clustered along the coast – three beaches, a small lake and a few local eateries. Transport is limited to taxis or motorbike rentals, so a short stay (half‑day to one night) fits most itineraries.
