Laem Sing
Spend a half‑day at Laem Sing beach; one day total is enough.
Laem Sing is a small west‑facing beach near Surin, known for its rocky headland, sunset views and a handful of open‑air restaurants. The beach can be explored in a few hours, so a single day (or a half‑day if you’re staying nearby) covers swimming, a meal and a sunset. No hotels exist on the sand, so you’ll need to return to Phuket or a nearby resort. Getting there is a short taxi or tuk‑tuk ride (≈500 THB high season) followed by a steep, sometimes muddy, forest trail. The beach is clean in high season; off‑season you may find debris. Watch the rip current and stay clear of the jet‑ski zone on the right side of the beach. A day budget of about 1,200 THB covers transport, a simple meal and a drink.
