Spend a half‑day in Ukhun to see the Itio‑Ukhun shrine, Orosun warm spring and Oghodekpe River; stay overnight only if you need a rest before heading to Ekpoma.
Ukhun is a small town in Edo State’s plateau region. Its main attractions – the ancient Itio‑Ukhun shrine, a warm spring and a seasonal river – are close to each other and reachable by foot or a short taxi ride. One morning or afternoon is enough to see the sights; a night in town is optional for a relaxed pace.
