Morrisburg is a village of about a thousand people on the St. Lawrence in eastern Ontario, midway between Kingston and Cornwall on Highway 401. Its draw is Upper Canada Village, a 1860s living-history site, plus War of 1812 ground and the Lost Villages story. There is no public transport, so a car is the practical way in.
