Santander, Cebu
Skip Santander as a destination: it is a ferry hub between Cebu and Negros. Pass through in 30 min, or stay only if you need a night near the terminal.
Santander is the southernmost town of Cebu Province, 137 km from Cebu City. Its main draw is the ferry terminal in Barangay Bato, the quickest link between Cebu and Dumaguete (Negros Oriental). The town itself has a few beach resorts but no major sights. Most travellers pass through in under an hour.
