Cilegon
Pass through Cilegon only if you need a quick stop between Jakarta and Anyer; otherwise skip it as a main destination.
Cilegon is an industrial port city on Java’s west coast, best used as a brief transit point between Jakarta and the beach towns of Anyer or Ujung Kulon. Its sights are limited to the Grand Mosque and a few malls, so a half‑day visit suffices.
