Taboão da Serra is a working-class suburb of São Paulo, 20 km southwest of the city centre. It has no notable attractions, museums or parks. Most travellers pass through on the BR-116 highway. The only reason to stop is for a specific visit (family, work) or to sleep near the highway before an early departure.
