Skip unless you have a specific reason to visit the Delta: a 30-minute detour from Sacramento for the historic Old Town and a steak dinner, then leave.
Isleton is a tiny Sacramento Delta town (pop. 804) with a short historic Main Street, a fishing dock and one well-known steakhouse. It can fill 1–2 hours if you are already driving the Delta loop (CA-160). Not a destination on its own.
