Batu Licin
Skip unless you have a specific reason (work, visiting family, transit by sea). One night is enough: see the Lampion Garden, then move on.
Batu Licin is a small port town in South Kalimantan, 5–6 hours by road from Banjarmasin. It has a small airport, a few sights and a handful of places to eat and sleep. Most travellers pass through on the way to other parts of Kalimantan or use it as a base for nearby beaches and plantations. One night covers the town.
