Cauayan
Go for a day trip to Danjugan Island or a 2-night beach stay; skip if you have less than half a day free.
Cauayan is a quiet coastal municipality on Negros's southwest coast, best known for Danjugan Island, a wildlife and marine sanctuary. The town itself is small and rural; most visitors come for the island, the beaches and the diving. A day trip from Sipalay or Kabankalan works, but an overnight stay lets you explore properly.
