Chatsworth sits at the northwest end of the San Fernando Valley, where the 118 freeway meets Topanga Canyon Boulevard and the Metrolink and Amtrak tracks. It is a suburban neighbourhood, not a sightseeing town: sandstone boulders at Stoney Point, two small history museums, a country-western bar and a handful of motels. Come with a car, or skip it.
