Yunusari is a rural Local Government Area in northeastern Yobe State, near the Niger border. Its centre is Kanamma, a small town on the Burun Gana River. The area has no hotels, restaurants or sights for travellers — it's a farming and trading community. Most visitors pass through on the way to Damaturu or Gashua.
