Shingletown is a small unincorporated community in Shasta County, California, at the junction of SR-44 and the route to Lassen Volcanic National Park. It has no major sights, limited dining and no public transport. Most travellers use it as a quick stop for fuel, a meal or a single night before heading into the park or continuing east.
