Base here only for Sesame Place or a cheap bed near I-95: 1 night, or a half-day stop between Philadelphia and New Hope.
Langhorne is a small Bucks County borough about 40 minutes north of Philadelphia, and its pull is one thing: Sesame Place, the Sesame Street theme park, plus the Oxford Valley Mall and a knot of chain hotels on Route 1. The historic borough itself is a few blocks of diners and a SEPTA station. Most travellers use it as a family-park base or a cheap stop on the Philadelphia–New York corridor, not as a destination in its own right.
