Give Minna one night as a Niger State stop, not a destination: see Murtala Park and the museum, then push on to Zungeru or Bida.
Minna is the capital of Niger State and a mid-belt junction town, about 2.5–3 h by road from Abuja. Its sights are thin and spread out — a park, a small museum, colonial ruins — and the real draws (Gurara Falls, Shiroro Dam, Kainji) sit outside the city. Use it as a base for a night or two, or skip it if your route is Lagos–Abuja only.
