Phichit is a small Lower Northern Thai town on the Nan and Yom rivers. Its main draws are a historic temple complex, a free crocodile observation pond and the partially excavated ancient city park. All sights are within walking distance, so a half‑day is enough if you’re on a tight schedule; a full day lets you also visit the provincial museum and the Ho Chi Minh exhibition.
