Malinao
Skip Malinao unless you have a car and want a quiet half-day at Vera Falls; otherwise use Legazpi or Tabaco as your base.
Malinao is a small coastal town in northeast Albay, 30 km from Legazpi. Its only named attraction is Vera Falls, a waterfall with white-water rafting. The town has one café and a handful of eateries. Most travellers pass through on the Legazpi–Tiwi coastal road without stopping.
